In a time where the stresses of daily life often overwhelm us, it's vital to come together to discuss, support, and uplift one another. At "Mind Your Mind," we will embark on a journey of connection, understanding, and empowerment.

As we navigate the complexities of mental health, it's essential to recognize the impact of social determinants such as access to resources, community support, and socioeconomic factors. Through shared dialogue and collaboration, we aim to cultivate a deeper understanding of these influences and explore strategies for positive change.

Your $30.00 registration fee includes cocktails and appetizers, access to the full program, a certificate of participation to commemorate your attendance, an individual membership to the LBHC, and a members only Pin. Additionally, sponsorship opportunities are available for those interested in further supporting this important initiative.

Come join us for an evening of connection, enlightenment, and renewal. Let's embark on this journey of healing together, as we mind our minds and nurture our collective well-being.

Keynote Speaker

Dr. Joel Nuñez, a clinical psychologist, renowned for his ability to translate complex psychological concepts into practical insights, will deliver a keynote address as we explore collective healing and resilience.

With extensive experience in Latino mental health, his journey empowers our community with hope and empowerment.

This event holds particular significance as it follows the successful celebration of our inaugural binational symposium for mental health in the Dominican Republic last November. As we prepare for our second conference in 2025, this evening serves as a vital springboard for continued dialogue and action.

Attendees can expect engaging discussions on protective factors in resilience, intervention strategies, and the social determinants of health (SDOH) affecting mental well-being. Additionally, the program will feature an interactive demonstration alongside opportunities for networking and collaboration, fostering connections and support within our community.

Your $30.00 registration fee includes access to the full program, a certificate of participation to commemorate your attendance, an individual membership to the LBHC, and a MEMBERS only Pin. Additionally, sponsorship opportunities are available for those interested in further supporting this important initiative.

Join us as we come together to mind our minds, share our stories, and embark on a journey of healing and empowerment. Register now to secure your place at this transformative event. We look forward to welcoming you on May 23rd at Tierra Colombiana.
