Resources and Training to Improve Your Organization's Services

LBHC provides culturally appropriate resources and training programs to enhance members' skills and capacities in serving Latino communities.

These resources could include workshops, webinars, online courses, and guides on topics such as cultural competency, trauma-informed care, and bilingual services.

Alianza Member

50% to 99% of the clients you serve are of Latino ethnicity

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Target Group: Registered nonprofits, behavioral health providers, or community organizations primarily serving Latino communities

  • Clientele: Must serve between 50% to 99% clients of Latino ethnicity

  • Active Participation: Required participation in at least 50% of LBHC events, meetings, or initiatives annually

  • Resource Contribution: Must contribute at least one resource or case study to the Member Portal within the first 6 months of membership

Dues Structure

  • Sliding Scale Based on Annual Revenue: Dues are calculated at 0.5% of the organization’s annual revenue, ensuring affordability and broad participation

  • Access to the LBHC Community Hub: A platform for professional networking, peer-to-peer collaboration, and exclusive online training and resources

  • Event Participation: Eligibility for five passes to the annual conference, both in-person and virtual events

  • Promotional Benefits:
    • Recognition at the annual conference and on LBHC letterhead
    • Inclusion of the organization’s logo on the LBHC website
  • Voting Rights: Full voting rights on membership policies and coalition decisions

  • Professional Opportunities: Priority consideration for speaking opportunities at LBHC events

    • Up to 3 of your programs and events
    • Up to 3 of your articles and videos

1% to 49% of the clients you serve are of Latino ethnicity

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Target Group: Registered nonprofits, behavioral health providers, or community organizations, individual professionals, or community leaders with a vested interest in Latino mental health

  • Clientele: Must serve between 1% to 49% clients of Latino ethnicity

  • Event Participation: Attendance at a minimum of one LBHC event annually

  • Resource Contribution: Must contribute at least one resource or case study to the Member Portal within the first year of joining

Dues Structure

  • Annual Dues: $2,500

Membership Benefits

  • Access to the LBHC Community Hub: Includes professional networking, peer-to-peer collaboration, and access to online training and resources

  • Event Access:
    • Two passes to the annual LBHC Conference
    • Two passes to the Annual Legislators' Luncheon
  • Promotional Benefits:
    • Recognition at the annual conference and on LBHC letterhead
    • Inclusion of the organization’s logo on the LBHC website
  • Professional Development: Discounted rates for participating in LBHC events and trainings
